I am a middle-aged woman who has been happily teaching for 25 years, but has yet to really find the path she is supposed to take.

I'm proudest of my two exquisite children. They are brave, smart, kind, and citizens of the world.

I am blessed to have been given a man who loves me for me (warts and all). He also gives me the opportunity to find fascinating people and interview them.

My list of dream "sit-down interviews" includes: listening to Bill Clinton, a very long lunch with Alexander Skarsgard, and finally, the interview of a lifetime, with Christiane Amanpour, where when we are done she asks, “Would you like to work for me?”.
